Bob was great to work with. He works quickly, communicates well and takes feedback constructively. At the start, I gave him very minimal guidance and he turned around a first draft overnight. Working with the first draft, I was able to provide him more direction and his second/final draft was right on target. The time zone difference worked out great in that Bob was able to work on revisions during his day and my night. He was very responsive to questions and feedback into his evening and weekend and I very much appreciate the opportunity to work with him. Bob's skills have developed even further since his last hire with us. He brings a unique capacity to make adaptations with those skills to meet the needs of the project.The quality of work submitted has been top shelf with code that is clean and well organized. His availability is amazing - I'll suggest to other contract managers that you give yourself a little more time for a project as it facilitates even better communication with this contractor (at 3:00 am North America time it is 2:00 in the afternoon in India). Bob's application of himself to the task is amazing. He will have your project done with ample time at the back-end to make adjustments and tweaks. Cooperation and communication are two of Bob's strong characteristics. If he doesn't understand he'll let you know or he'll be quick to clarify on communication you may not understand. He really gets the idea that as a project develops there may be the need to be flexible with ideas and their translation via the platforms you've asked him to work with (in this case html 5, php, and Wordpress). I'm sure I drove him crazy with this last project but the end result is work that will endure and will bring an REO that we will be happy with.
